Recently we experienced a number of problems with our vehicle. From the time it was trucked to Von Bibra and we were contacted by Ethan at the service dept he kept us continually updated over the next 3 weeks on the issues. As an older couple this time was very stressfull for us but Ethan was very respectfull in handling our situation and keeping us calm. His approach and demeanour was excellent in a difficult situation. His empathy and awareness in dealing with older people can be difficult to find, he is a great asset to the company and we wish him well in the future.

Rob helped me secure the car of my dreams today. He worked patiently and tirelessly to get me a deal on the car I only dreamed of. I wasn’t expecting to purchase a car at all today but the great team at Subaru, esp Rob, helped me make it happen.
