Fantastic customer service right from the start. I had an issue with my iCockPit and it was diagnosed quickly and I was kept informed throughout the day of progress and costs were outlined clearly upfront. I appreciated the use of a replacement car. The staff obviously communicate with each other as they all knew what was happening with my car. I picked up my car right on closing time and the gentlemen who served me still took the time to walk me to my car. The problem I put up with for over a year is now fixed and I'm very grateful.
