After a few hiccups and some communication issues, I was able to have my concerns addressed. The staff at Jarvis were professional, friendly and provided me with a service I was extremely happy with. I felt validated with my concerns and felt Jarvis listened to this and made sure they did everything they could to ensure a positive outcome which left me happy and I highly recommend Jarvis at West Terrace.
