I am very happy with the service provided to me on Friday this week. I was unable to pair my I Phone in my Peugeot and it was performed promptly and I was not charged by Serenity. Thank you

My experience was excellent there. I have bought a second hand 2020 3008 and wanted to have it checked by the dealer. When booking, I was informed it was going to be around 350 AU dollars. The guy, I believe his name was Adam whom we have chatted with and checked our car in, he was very helpful and kind. It turned out, they did the check in an hour and charged me a lot less than was we were told initially. The whole thing was pleasant and we are happy to find such a great place with great people working on our car.

The Service Advisor, Serenity, could not have been more helpful and accommodating, even after I failed to show for an appointment nothing was too much trouble. What ever you are paying her is not enough. The actual service of my car was done in a timely fashion and to the best of my knowledge perfectly. Thanks to the team!!

After some years of disappointment with Peugeot dealers around Newcastle including from the business we purchased our 308 Allure from we ended up with Brian Hilton Peugeot in Gosford. They replaced the Urea tank and the injection nozzle. The only thing I don't understand is that although the tank holds 17 litres of fluid they only uplifted 10 litres of urea fluid. I believe the problem with the urea system started when the tank ran dry and as there is no indicator I had no idea it needed filling. My local mechanic did not check the fluid when he did the last service. So why did the Brian Hilton mechanics only partly filling the tank. Anyhow although the 308 Allure has done 187,000 km after test driving alternative new cars I will stay with my 308. It is an easy car to drive, looks great and we will be keeping it for the time being. The service cost $5800 and Peugeot tell us the wholesale value is about $6,400 maybe $12,000 if sold privately. To me it is worth much more and worth keeping for a while as the technology of electric vehicles has a way to go before EV's are an alternative for me.
