I recently had a double major service (purchased car with Lo mileage, though age of car determined the correct services be carried out); however, there was a glitch in the bleed of the new water pump, and had to tow the car back into repair, Kevin and Chris were very helpful and had a loan car for a few days. All fixed and the reception and genuine concern was second to none. I will go back!
