Chris and other staff made all arrangements including a courtesy car to allow us to carry on meeting our arranged appointments for the day. Our car was serviced well and we were kept informed of what needed to be carried out. Upon completion we were duly notified when our car was ready and it was awaiting pick-up at the appointed time.
