My biggest shout out are the Bayside European Service team — very courteous, down to earth, always attentive and I take comfort with the pre and post service. I sometimes pop in for a chat too. They make me smile :-)

Despite all dealers being booked pre-Xmas, Bayside heard how desperate I was, agreed to take my car anyway and at the same time went out of their way to organise an exception to the standard roadside assist policy to get the car towed to them. Car was returned running and cleaned in a couple of days. Not often you get this level of customer service these days. Chris was brilliant!!
