Recently purchased a 2022 Mercedes van.. I had few little issues it with it so I booked it in at Baker Motors Mercedes. Spoke with Ben at the servicing desk who did a brilliant job communicating with the mechanics and all my little issues are now resolved. I couldn’t be happier 😁. Back hatch would not open due to having a flat battery previously. Drove in and had it fixed in 1min, no charge. I also had the gentleman explain a couple of features to me, he was very patient and kind to this nuffy.

Driving from Sydney to Melbourne yesterday I had an issue with my Mercedes. The engine warning light came on at Yass. I called Baker Mercedes and explained my situation, they assured me it was safe to drive. On arrival they carried out a diagnostic test and discovered an open thermostat. Reset the computer. Picked it up next morning, washed and repaired. Asked for an invoice and they said no charge. Thank you for the unbelievable service, as special thanks to Ben & Charmaine for your help and the complementary transfer to my motel & back . Thank you
